For security, we cannot alter items in your order, shipping, or billing address. If there are errors, please reach out to our Client Service for assistance.

Please be informed that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Wicked Games Online Store guarantees the maximum security for all your purchases. We employ the most advanced encrypted services (SSL) and protected connections. You can see from the “HTTPS” URL prefix, and lock symbol that appears in the address bar of the browser.
All prices include VAT for all European countries. There are no taxes for third countries such as the USA.
Additional duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Orders placed outside Europe may be subject to additional VAT/tax, duties, and local customs fees, they are not included in the given price. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping
We ship worldwide!
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers: DHL, DPD.
We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email on business days. Please note that these processing times may vary during peak periods.
We offer complimentary shipping all over Europe for orders over €600.
Shipping costs: For updated rates please see either the product page while checking out.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, shipping usually takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

Please, remember that the above-mentioned shipping times are to be considered approximate and are based on the date the order is entrusted to the courier. Wicked Games cannot take responsibility for Customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delay.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number from our courier.

If you did not receive your order within the delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. Kindly note that we are unable to issue any claims for lost packages after 30 days of the order being shipped.
We are unable to ship any orders to PO boxes.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of a return.
Returns for refunds will incur a charge of shipping costs from the refunded amount which will depends on the shipping destination. Duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate exchanges.
For a return, ensure the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Initiate a return by contacting us at info@wg1335.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return label and instructions.
If you have received a defective product, please contact us ASAP at info@wg1335.com so that we can assist you. Please keep in mind that in order for your return to be accepted, you must report any defects before sending the product back to us.
There are two adhesive tapes in our package; open it carefully in case of possible return. Place the item, remove the protective film from the tape and seal the box tightly. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 20 business days from the date the item was received at the warehouse, depending on the issuing bank of your card. We do not accept returns if the product is defective or the packaging is incomplete. Our courier will pick up the goods at the specified address, and the costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. You can also return it yourself or through a courier, having pre-paid courier services to our office in Ibiza. The return cost varies depending on the region: from 15 to 40 euros in Europe and in other countries depending on the distance from Spain.

You are welcome to use any carrier you desire. However, we strongly recommend using an insured express service. We will not be able to refund you nor be responsible for the shipping costs and/or lost packages.

Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods, such as holidays, sales, and new releases. As soon as we have handled your return, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.
